Results

Professionals in the artistic-pedagogical field will acquire new intervention tools that they will apply in their training with teachers / AMPAs. An interdisciplinary approach is applied in which educational specialists associated with psychology, mediation and / or sociology, artists and university professors participate, as well as teachers and AMPAS (which will help to limit and delimit the contents).

An intervention NETWORK is created from a practical methodology, the result of training work, from non-formal methodologies through art, creativity and culture as transformation tools. The quality is improved and determines an intervention methodology. The project directly reaches +300 people and indirectly +1,500 professionals from 6 participating countries (partners and collaborators). We will try to reach the professionals indicated in the approved text, although the absence of funds for activities invites us to reduce the number of people directly trained to 200 and indirectly to 1,000.

An international team of trainers is created between organizations that share the identified keys and encourage their application in new countries. We create the team but smaller in number.

Materials are prepared that collect the formations carried out at the level of contents and training micro-videos, which allows the improvement of national educational intervention methodologies.

CAPACITARTE is disseminated and disseminated in social networks and forums. A web page is created for dissemination, with a private part for exchanging materials, which serves to give resources to the participants.

The project has trained at least +300 professionals from national structures, and a practical and effective methodology has been applied in scenarios of high complexity and diversity. +300 professionals from the artistic and pedagogical field have had the opportunity to verify these experiences knowing experiences of other countries, exchanging contacts and promoting new projects in intensive European training meetings of 30 hours. As we have already mentioned, we commit ourselves to train 200 people in 20-hour courses (2 full working days). The need to demonstrate the realization of the Transnational Meeting is recalled. The project has been disseminated among the educational administrations of 6 countries and in the surroundings of the educational centers. Teams are created in each country and sign agreements between participating entities. A stable coordination team is created over time that encourages the development of future European exchange projects. Collaborate +50 educational entities continuously. A model of intervention applicable and transferable to other European centers lasting over time is systematized and presented.

There have been 6 international trainings, one per country, with the presence of the European team of trainers and the presence of national experts in training.

An external evaluation is carried out where the participants are satisfied with the training and exchange received, and it is confirmed that the objectives have been addressed. We will resort to an external evaluation of the process, but with fewer indicators and participants, collecting a representative sample of users and not the totality, as initially planned.

The contents of the international formations have been transferred to the cloisters of 6 educational centers during the life of the project, through training with management teams, teachers and AMPAS that include the experiences exchanged. The objectives and results of TRAINING in the university field have been presented and disseminated, where training in these new capacities is very necessary. Students have participated in higher education practices associated with the world of education (psychology, pedagogy, social education, sociology …) thanks to the signed collaboration agreements.

The project has been extended to families and it has been possible to involve fathers, mothers, grandparents, brothers … A network is therefore built to address social inclusion in a globalized way, where the provision of new tools about families to teachers and therefore to schools. The experience in non-formal education with families is observed. The project is extended to the students’ families of the 2 partner educational centers. See comment above in this regard. We have involved and trained in the project more than 100 volunteers, who once trained will lead processes in the work with teachers and families and will continue to be involved. We will involve as many volunteers as possible, although simplifying the logistics of the meetings reduces the initially planned number.

We have achieved an important impact of the project, and made visible the work achieved, with the presence of media at the headquarters of the European Parliament in Madrid / Barcelona / Brussels / Strasbourg …. We want to give visibility to the achievements in the presence of all interested partners: media, journalists, delegates from European embassies and institutions, and other related entities.
